Sometimes we feel really great about where we are in life, and sometimes we feel stuck.

These are normal feelings. Regardless of where you are in your personal journey, there is one thing that can truly support you, your goals, and your life: Having an optimally functioning physical body!

We sometimes take our health for granted. Until it becomes out of balance, then we are reminded how important it is to stay fit and healthy! Exercise is awesome, movement like walking, stretching and yoga are fabulous. And every now and then (preferably once or twice a year), do a cleanse.

In my 10 years of active education, experience and teaching, there is no better method of quickly cranking up the volume of your health than a 3-7 day fast/cleanse.
